Got a free key from reddit, but never received a beta code from preordering.

I preordered this game on the 30th of September as advertised by the company that ill have early access if i preordered by the 1st of october, never got one. Many people even people who have preorder...

Thanks for your update @kisezik, and for the feedback. We have been monitoring the situation and there should be a workaround going live soon, but we haven't been able to share details, sorry.
