I have the very same issue !  Very annoying as some maps the "ghost image" makes it difficult if not impossible to play effectively.

Toggling the Shader Cache via AMD control panel doesn't resolve it and disabling AO via game options makes me upset that i have a $250 GFX card installed ;-)

Please resolve ASAP or push your partners at AMD to fix this problem.  Thank you !

Its the HBO settings. If its on High it will create those ghost images. Set it to normal HBO and it should be fine for now.
This bug should be fixed anytime soon.
