Graphics artifacting, corruption/ghosting with the latest 17.12.x AMD driver

Summarize your bug Overlay when indoors - when indoors only, i get a see-through overlay of the textures inside- which is really annoying. Also, performance issues on loading map. Only started after most recent update.
