This visual glitch bothers the heck out of me (I play the PC and Xbox One versions - both have it, too). It completely ruins the aesthetic. Both Lambda-class Shuttles looked terrific before The Battle on Scarif Update was released. So whatever caused this problem was recent. It looks like their shadows are being rendered in the wrong color. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
