Grievous "Unrelenting Advance" animation cannot be seen by other players

Summarize your bug General Grievous' Unrelenting advance ability animation cant be seen by other players. You can just hear the sound of them spinning and it still blocks (some) laser bolts.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? while facing Grievous have him do his Unrelenting Advance ability. Only Greivous will see the animation but no other players can
What happens when the bug occurs? Grievous's unrelenting advance animation simply cannot be seen by other players. His extra 2 arms deploy but the lightsabers just drag in front of him. You can hear the sound of them spinning but there are no sparks and no spinning animation for us to see. If you are PLAYING as Grievous you CAN see the animation, however.
What do you expect to see? This is his most iconic ability and its kind of a shame that nobody else can see him actually use it.

Grievous's unrelenting advance animation simply cannot be seen by other players. His extra 2 arms deploy but the lightsabers just drag in front of him. You can hear the sound of them spinning but there are no sparks and no spinning animation for us to see. If you are PLAYING AS Grievous you CAN see the animation, however.
The ability still works (sometimes) and blocks 50% of lasers.
This is his most iconic ability and its just annoying how it simply can't be seen by other players. This has been reported by tons of people on the forums and this isnt a hard bug to fix either, im sure.
