Hack Off's
Why are people still hacking this game? I thought there was added software or something to catch people cheating. Well, it's not working.

Oh, no. There have rarely been bans, and now that support has ended, there won’t be any more. And anti-cheat has never existed for this game.
@insanewojoGo to BF 2015, it's even worse there. Because you know, nothing makes more sense than cheating in a dead game like that one. Also the playerbase is much smaller while the cheaters just won't abandon that game, so thepercentage of cheating people must be significantly higher in that game.
The anti-cheat software is just as bad too, while video evidences from players are usually not accepted as proof to enforce a ban over someone.
The only thing that's left to control cheating would be private servers where admins could simply decide who's allowed to play on their server and who isn't. Just that private servers aren't a thing there, like on many other modern games.

This situation is very worrying. One of the worst cheat is that one shot kill hack. I know several players who play almost daily and ruin the gaming experience, support or the reporting area does nothing.

Yeah, you are right about it. We need to host our own private or independent servers.
Reminds me of MW2, hackers there still to this day.
So sick of the hacking in battlefront 2 and battlefield 2. EA/DICE I read that you are "looking at it" and "it's complicated." Yeah there's no money to be made, so you ignore it. Well. time to hit your pocketbook where it hurts.
Now its time to boycott all of your future games until you do something about this. Enough is enough.
We need more ppl to take this same stance. NO to "Squadrons" or any other new EA/DICE game until the hacking is eliminated. They can do it if they wanted to. Sad that it has come to this.

I posted a comment talking about the situation when a game is forgotten when a new one is launched and my reply has been censored/deleted by someone moderator. I honestly don't know what to think about that new squadrons game yet.. And if I say something against, I guess I'll have problems here.
