ea please ban hackers, its every game, i have legit games in like 1 in 40

Report them as shown here and get others to report them. EA does look into them. It just doesn't feel like it sometimes, because it takes a while to gather evidence and they don't report back whether they removed the hacker.
you can report til your blue in the face and never happens. they need to up their anti cheat
Unfortunately in many cases this is not possible as the hackers have taken over lobbies using admin tools that cause:
- individual players to get booted
- all players are attached to this flying camera and can no longer play
- all players are teleported to an out of combat zone area all at once
- the hacker impersonates an admin and other players so it is impossible to tell who is the hacker
The issue has escalated to the point where the hacker is doxxing players, posting their RL names and email addresses in chat while he Twitch streams the game. Take this seriously, EA. Any admin just needs to jump in a lobby and observe what is happening. It seems to mainly be in Galactic Assault.
Solution is simple:
- Patch the game to password lock admin tools
- perma-ban and IP ban known hackers (we know who they are . . . I will not name any because EA seems to care more about protecting hacker identities over their own servers)
- @MindYourAim they have know about this admin hack for over 2 years now and still have done nothing about it.
When Kyber devs contacted EA/DICE during the february incident, where lobbies were getting restarted indefinitely until they crashed, EA/DICE took action to fix that. But Kyber also highlighted fixes for many of the other cheats like admin chat and HERO DEBUG MENU.
Hero Debug Menu allows cheaters to respawn in place, granting them spawn immunity (invincibility). Hero debug menu is also responsible for lagging the lobby's servers, by spawning in exploding tanks which prevents players from spawning. Hero debug's cheat source is online and can be easily fixed.
Why dont they just use anticheat like all multiplayer games these days!?
