Community ManagerWell Han obviously didn't let the Wookie win. Can you attach a DxDiag for us so we can take a look at your system specs? It could be video card related with an outdated driver.

My dxdiag will make evident that my graphics card can't handle this game, so I won't bother, it has been like this since pre-releaseBut this BUG is new
I've been away for some time, my free time has dropped considerably, but eventually I'll be back. However I've been focusing on uncovering the secrets of this BUG whenever I have the time, and I already managed to pull it with several skins. It's more skin related then character related.
This is with Palpatine. Most skins can trigger this BUG, I've managed to do it with Palpatine, Vader, Finn, Phasma, and multiple skins from Leia, Han, Lando, Kylo, Chewie, Dooku, Yoda, Ani, Obi, and Rey
Now with Kylo. This one is nice because the glitch can come in 3 different forms: Hoodless, Capeless, or both together. In this video he's just Hoodless.
