Han Solo Smuggler Outfit Not Unlocking

Hi,

I'm having issues claiming the reward for Han Solo's smuggler outfit, and was redirected to post this by the EA Star Wars site on this website.  Currently I have completed all 48/48 challenges to unlock the Smuggler outfit yet it is locked under the arcade section of challenges.  Despite multiple log ends on my Xbox the challenge is still locked despite my tier 3 completions on all solo arcade modes.  Included below is a picture showing I cannot access the Han Solo skin despite completing the challenges required.

    This is a known issue and something we are investigating for the moment. Unfortunate I don't have a time frame when this will be fixed, hopefully soon!

    just part of the bigger glitch going on until they get it fixed.

    I am having the same issue as the OP. I am getting an error message regarding the unlocked outfit that won’t unlock every time that I log in. The error code is 2,396. Is there any update on when this will be fixed?? Thank you.

    Hi I’m having the same problem as the OP did back in January. I completed all 48 scenarios and have yet to receive the skin. It shows that I completed the achievement in career. What’s going on?

    Hi @brentevs Glad you took the time to search. Good job.  What Platform are you using?

    This was fixed in the past by a full reset. When was the last time you did a complete reset, console, modem, wifi.  ?
