Have no option to select English language

I WANT ENGLISH LANGUAGE FOR MY GAMES
I tried to change region in the app settings to the United Kingdom, but it doesn't help at all and even reset after app restart
I changed country and region on the website to the ENGLISH and United States,  BUT IT ALSO DOESNT WORK
HELP ME, I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW EVEN YOU MAY RELEASE FUNCTIONAL LIKE THIS?
