Your CPU is below the recommend specs for SWBF2, so i could see FPS problem being a problem for you. How is your CPU load when you are playing?

Well, no i just upgraded my pc from an intel i7 4670k to the i3 8350k http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-6700-vs-Intel-Core-i3-8350K/3515vs3935
As you can see it is over the recommend specs.
And since it is a know issue this is what happens:

With amd driver 17.11.4 everything works fine
