This occurred on 2018-01-03 at 22:55 US EST. I faced off against an enemy heavy trooper. We each threw our impact grenade. His killed me; mine bounced off a wall onto the floor, sat there for a moment, and then disappeared without ever exploding. The enemy heavy trooper never received any damage from my grenade. In case it is relevant, I did have a common/white rarity "Improved Impact Grenade" card equipped at the time.
