So according to my research the FOV would be what need to be changed.
This monitor have a 32:9 aspect ratio.
Since BF2 uses vertical FOV i would need to change the FOV to 32 in order to get a 90 Horizontal FOV which should technically remove this fisheye effect.
I used the follow site for the calculation:
http://themetalmuncher.github.io/fov-calc/
The problem now is that i cannot set the FOV to anything lower than 44.
Ill try to see if there is a way to lower it from a settings file.
Can anyone at EA please help me out here??

i managed to find where i can change the FOV.
It seems to be stored under:
C:\Users\xxx\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II\settings\ProfileOptions_profileI modified the xxx.FieldOfView to 0.5815 which should be equivalent to 32 based on my calculation.
It seems like the formula is y=0.0184x-0.0073 where x is the desired vertical FOV.
However It doesn't fix my problem. I still get the fisheye effect. Which is very annoying in game.
Also i soon as i go in video, the FOV is reset to 44.
It not really playable since the distortion is quite obvious....
See new pictures attached. Its at the lowest FOV. Look at the X-Wing. its quite obvious. It doubles in size when i move my head.
Imaging playing like that... It gives a headache...
