Help with xbl/ea link

Disabled account help? no more phone line help.... chat has usual gray box on platform selection rendering it useless. i keep resetting my password with no luck. And linked xbl account is a 4e****...

Already sent off an email... 

I'm just twisted that ea got rid of the live chat function for a lot of people and calling in as well. 

Why can't they update the servers to let people disconnect from old disabled accounts and re-link xbox live accounts to play online? In hopes I'll buy a ea play pro pass?

    Apologies for the late response. You should be able to chat with an advisor by following these steps:

    • Go to help.ea.com
    • Select Battlefront 2 as your game
    • Choose "I need help logging in to my EA account"

    Chat should now show up as a contact option.
