Hero Abilities been locked out

Every now and again I’ll be playing a hero/villain, and out of nowhere all my abilities will be locked. I won’t be able to jump, I can’t throw the lightsaber or do anything with my star cards. This has been an issue since day one, and I think it has something to do with lag occurring while using an ability. Is this even on the developers radar as an issue, and if anyone has a fix can they please share? Playing on Xbox.

    Hello, no problem. This has happened to me numerous times since the games release. It never has happened twice in one game, but still occurs regularly and as I mentioned I believe it has something to do with lag or when the connection sign appears in the top right

    Also for the network issue what region are you in?

    Anytime, thank you for replying! Unfortunately I don’t have footage as I usually play with recordings off, but I’ll start too now.

    My region is Australia, on Xbox One X.
