Hero and Villain themes don't play

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Hero intros don't always play in Heroes Vs Villains, especially Rey's. This is when you die as a Rey and wait to re spawn, without going to the character selection menu.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? PhileasFogg3
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01/23/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 16:40
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game of Heroes Vs Villains and select Rey. Her intro wont play very often, but her death theme usually does.
What happens when the bug occurs? Intro theme for character does not play.
What do you expect to see? The correct theme for the character.

    Thanks for the report! Yes, the video would be very useful, but could you also post your DxDiag report? And just to confirm - the problem started occurring after today's update?

    Yes, the issue only started occurring after today's update, I will get that video shortly. I will also attach the report. For personal reasons I have removed the name of my PC!

    Here is the video showing the no sound themes for Rey and Grevious. As you can see sometimes it is the intro theme that does not play and sometimes it is the death theme. Sorry for the long Rey clip, I had minimal time to edit this 🙂 !  These clips were recorded at around 19:00 zulu!
