Hero costs suggestion

So to my current knowledge most heroes cost 40k credits with Luke and Vader costing 60K credits. Either this should be halved or credit rate increased.

Update: costs have changed https://www.vg247.com/2017/11/13/dice-is-cutting-the-number-of-credits-needed-to-unlock-heroes-in-star-wars-battlefront-2-by-75/

More onto my main point When Finn and Phasma come out there will be events where you can choose either the resistance or the First order. The side you choose you should get that hero free. Also with the events that seem to be going on the side that wins the event(s) reduces the cost of the other hero

  • so EA made the mistake of replying to a post on reddit. its got 328k down votes saying that the credits need to be earned higher or the costs need to be lower. Or free. and the pay with real money should be removed. read someone say they would fix it. but i didn't find the EA post saying it.

so who knows maybe the rumor of them fixing that is true, or not. /shrug

  • Unlock costs are not that bad, but the credit rate is laughable. Factor that into the fact that you constantly need to buy crates too, if you want to keep up with others: you severely set your own hero unlock progress back with that. Earning less than 200 credits for a match is an utter joke, I don't understand why they had to change one of the few things that worked really well in the first game.

Added an edited Update on hero costs

though my suggestion about Finn and Phasma still stands

  • I dont have millions of years on my hands to unlock heroes. Lets say I have 50-100 hours total to play and enjoy this game. I wouldnt want more than a few hours of that to be unlocking each hero. Lets say 2 or 3 hours tops. More than that and it is work, not play. Wouldnt be fun
