Hero Progress Reset

I haven’t played Battlefront 2 in a while but decided to redownload since it’s popping off again. I used to love Heroes vs Villains so I had a bunch of maxed out heroes. I go into a game and notice that all of my heroes have reset their skill points and cards. My normal classes are fine. They have their cards and points and cosmetics. My heroes have all of their cosmetics, but ONLY reset their cards and points. I tried restarting/redownloading the game and just waiting to see if it fixed itself but it hasn’t in the day since I noticed. Any advice?
