Heroes going for 400 Battle Points, instead of 4000.

Summarize your bug I'm able to purchase heroes for 400 Battle points, not 4000. They now go for less than special units!

In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Start a match of Capital Supremacy 2) Get at least 400 BP 3) Select a hero or villain that's taken.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get the hero for cheap, like nothing happened.
What do you expect to see? The required BP going back to 4000 for heroes and villians.

I first saw this bug about a week ago, and thought it was just a typo. I didn't release it was connected to the actual price until this week. Now, it's getting exploited hard.
