Heroes vs Villains Matchmaking Broken

Summarize your bug Heroes vs Villains Matchmaking has 2 issues. Firstly, if after a match people leave, 80% of the time it cannot find or will not find a players to fill the open slot(s). Even if you wait for 10 mins with only 1 person needed to fill it won't happen. Second, many, many times, it will launch the match 4v3. This is unacceptable for this game mode. Either match make in pairs ie. If there's 6/8 in lobby then it has to find 2 players before it will launch otherwise it launches at 3v3 after a period of elapsed time. Please fix these. This game should not have such a broken matchmaking system after a Beta. Thank you.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play Hero's Vs Villains and after people leave the match you will see.

After EDIT: used to be after a match was hard to find players. Now I cannot even get into a match 7 out of 8 tries because it won' f the lobby. I took video clips that are 4 mins long waiting to fill 1 slot. Finally everyone just left. This is happening 95% of the time  now. Please fix or I am gone forever.

    Also when the game starts with 3v4 and then one person leaves making it 2v4 the game continues and you get literally nothing from staying in a losing game. No extra points for staying and trying to end the game. Why doesn't it just shift to 3v3 like every other multiplayer game. Such an annoying game mechanic.

    I wrote about this in another thread on this topic.  HvV has a huge issue with AFK credit farming.  Multiple players are rigging their controllers to keep them "active" in the game, and the game design is such that they just keep spawning into the game even though they are not actually playing it anymore.  I think what might be happening is seasoned players are compiling lists of known AFK credit farmers, and when they realize they are being matched with these cheaters, they are leaving rather than allowing the cheaters to amass points.  Currently, the only way to stop the credit farmers is to leave them hanging in the "waiting for players" screen.  This really stinks for the new players who aren't aware of what is going on.  Unfortunately, the credit farming is becoming so widespread that almost every game has at least one AFK player in it.  EA absolutely must change how the spawn cycle works in HvV, or they might as well just delete the game, as it is becoming unplayable in its current state.
