@JLP17XD Hi there.
Had similar issues with both Laptop and R-11 Alienware with the game. Even set up fans to increase cooling around the unit to run the software.
A new vid driver came out and it stopped. Sometimes an old driver will work better.
Try different ones as it may fix your issue.
These the graphics in this game are awesome and cool. Pretty intense and demand a solid driver to work correctly.
Make sure you reboot after loading any changes, updates or drivers. I do it even for Origin updates. Runs more consistent.
