Is there any way you can go to a wired connection just to test with the game to see if you suffer the same lag? This way we can identify if there could be a configuration on the WiFi we need to adjust?
I'd recommend going through these steps below too. Sometimes all it takes is a simple reboot of the network to clear some connectivity hiccups. If there's an option to change to a different WiFi channel (2.4ghz instead of 5.0ghz or vise-versa) try doing that.
