I noticed it too. Every load screen hdd whines and pro gets real warm real quick.

Little update after testing somethings I found a work around until it's fixed I went into ps4 settings and change video output to force 1080p and now runs much smoother and no loud fan/hardware seems running ps4 pro in 4k causes the issue
