Hitching/Stuttering

My framerate is fine, not as good as the beta somehow, but that I can live with. The problem is the hitching, I get it online and in arcade mode, so I know its not lag. Turning down the settings from...

I've solved the problem. I changed back from DirectX12 back to 11, and went from borderless to fullscreen. Game is working perfectly now. Don't know why borderless made it stutter, but I found it improved after switching it out. DirectX12 was probably the biggest problem though, it's very hit or miss depending on the game, and in this game it's a miss. Runs great now.

Yep, turning off dx12 seemed to fix it for me too.

  DX12 is off and stuttering is incredibly bad

    @DarthFDG - How did you eventually fix the stuttering problem? I am trying to help another with the same problem on PC.
