I have same problem, GTX1070. When i set high settings and set ultra again, this trouble gone, but after next launch i see this again

Have you tried rolling back your GPU driver and then re-download the latest one?

Can you upload a DxDiag for us so we can look at your system specs?

    Do you still get this after updating to the latest Windows 10 build? Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
