How do I carry my PlayStation battle front account to my Xbox account

I had a PlayStation account with battlefront2 on it, I recently switched to Xbox and I have battle front 2 on it, obviously everything was level 1, so I linked by Xbox account to my EA account (which was also linked to the PlayStation account) in hopes of transferring everything to my Xbox account. This didn’t work. Does anyone know what I did wrong or has other suggestions?
