how do i finish the disrupted enemies milestone ?

i tried everything and im stuck on this milestone could someone inform me please. Im on ps4 btw

    Officer class. Craft the star card that has the disruption effect. It is an ability that does an area of effect over heats all enemy's weapons.

    Spot on. I think the window for kill when the enemy is disrupted is pretty tight, but if you use it when your team is pushing you should get this done before too long.
