How to fix error code 918

I restarted my xbox one x and now sb2 is saying I am lock from my ea account error code 918. How do I get rid of that?

    I cannot play SB2 on Xbox One anymore apparently. For some reason it says my EA account is restricted error 918. All I did was try to connect since it wasn't online when at the main menu. What the what did they do?!

    Same for me, worked fine and played almost daily since launch until this evening!

    Happening on PS4 as well. Restore licenses in settings did NOT help.

    Logged off... logged back on and booted game up again and it signed in ok this time. Hope you guys have the same outcome!

    Same issue here with my pc. Unable to play online, Code 918.

    I'm afraid someone hacked my account.

    I had this issue on Pc I shut pc all the way down and rebooted and was able to get in and no error code 918, it is weird has missing cards and locked cards then after shut down and restart things seem to be ok, for now but how knows ☹️
