I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 some days ago.
Question: How to play the extension "The Last Jedi" ? Do I need to buy it, but where?

I think you may be referring to the Rise of Skywalker additions available in the Celebration Edition.
Before you buy anything extra, make sure you don't already have the Rey Skywalker skin.
