The way you worded this reads as if you can't jump or use your abilities when Vader is choking you.
That's how its supposed to work.
What i want to say is that when the vader's choke is over and you still alive sometimes after that you can't jump but you can dash away and your ability are unusable and just sometime you also can't block. Do you understand now what is the problem.
I've had this same problem many times. It happens with various heroes but more often when I'm playing light side.
After Darth Vader's choke, Boba Fett's Concussion Rocket, or some other stuns, if you survive afterward often you can't use any abilities or jump for the rest of that life until you die (then everything resumes working again). I've had it happen most often with Rey but I think also with Boba.

Yes this problem has been posted on the forums since the release of the game. Admins have worded that they are aware of the bug and that they thought it might have been fixed with the last update. However, this doesn't seem to be the case. Let's hope that they can find the cause and fix it in the next update!
