HvV major issues since final update

Summarize your bug Every day since last major/last update on 08/27/2020 Mostly play HvV...experiencing Invisible characters/ frozen loading screens and re-spawn with only third person view with no character and can’t move/ use abilities or anything. The only thing I can do is quite game but then get stuck on loading screen back to main menu. Only solution has been to quit application and restart.

What do you expect to see? Able to play HvV as normal I play regularly / daily since launch so this is a massive problem.

AMD or Nvidia Model Number PlayStation Pro bought brand new CHRISTMAS last year so not even 12 months old other games work fine and plenty of free space available
Connection speed is download mbps 109 / upload mbps 18.7.
