I cant play Battlefront 2 online, how can I fix error code 426?

My Son cant play Battlefront 2 online even though Iv given him permission to play pegi 16, how can I fix error code 426?

    You can add ps+ to all accounts by activating your account with 12 months as your primary PS4. Problem solved.

Had the same issue too....has to do with the age of the player...couldn't change the bday on the psn account so had to go in a create a new one with the age over 18. This worked and we are up and running.

Did he have to buy another psplus subscription?
