I DONT HAVE STORE IN BATTLEFRONT 2

Hi . I dont have store in battlefront 2 (Xbox one ) i have gold , i can Okay multiplayer i have dally boxes, but i dont have store icon

    Can you check if you can still purchase Crystals from the Xbox Store? I can still see them listed there.

    Also please go to Collection -> Choose a Hero with many available appearances and check if you have this button at the bottom.

so how i can get my money back if i can’t buy crates. even in ps4 i can’t buy crates i have 8800 crystals and if i can’t use it i want my money back

You can use the crystals to buy skins, emotes victory pose etc for different hero's/characters in the game. @mish010 

If you still want refund then I recommend that you reach out to Sony as the payment for crystal was with them.
