I give up on the "I Give Up" emote, Error 2,495

Summarize your bug Anytime I am in the main menu section, the notification of Error 2,495 alongside that I was rewarded the "I Give Up' emote shows up, over and over again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by name "Error 2,495" should be able to explain it all, it also shows up on web searches in case anyone would like to see more examples of this happening to others.
What happens when the bug occurs? It spams my main menu announcing that I can not be rewarded some emote, but then spams that I was rewarded the emote.
What do you expect to see? For the notification to end. I don't even need the emote, or any emote for that matter, there are times I press the F2 or F3 key (yes it has an emote signed to each key) and most of the time the emote action does not happen. So I'd rather not have the emote.
