    Your EA/Xbox account is most likely underage or you have no Xbox live gold. Please check if they are all overage and you own this. If all 3 are correct you should be able to play!

    @Gwyndolium

    That's actually not true, as EA / Battlefront 2 have not implemented Microsoft's age check and parental restrictions.  They took the easy way out and locked out all Microsoft child accounts (which in US includes many accounts > 13 years, so EA's help support is either incorrect or misleading, take your pick).  It's a legalistic cop-out on EA's part to avoid further trouble and legal issues on Battlefront 2.  And it either a) withholds a ton of content that Battlefront 2 buyers did pay for, or b) forces parents to work around Microsoft parental controls to enable Battlefront 2's target audience to play the game.

    I've definitely read it which is exactly why I have the feeling either his Xbox or EA account is defined as underage.

    There is no point discussing the same thing here as well. Rather keep it in the big topics so it's easier to read and follow for both us as EA.

    I really wish that EA would get their crap together and actually spend some time solving this problem.

  • This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

    If you have any issues with STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
