I haven't gotten my pre order items for Yoda, Rey, or Kylo. Do I have to wait?

So I preordered Star Wars BF2 right before the beta, I got to play the beta early, meaning that the purchase of the pre order worked. But when the EA Access trial came out, (which I also have and have been playing, on XBOX) I didn't get my Yoda mastery, or my Last Jedi skins. At first I thought this was just because it was a trial, but then I saw people running around with those skins, so then I became suspicious that my preorder won't give me the items when the game releases. Maybe its because I don't have the deluxe edition so I have the wait till release, maybe I'm losing my mind and just seeing stuff? I don't know, either way I would like to know though.
