- @Wickett42 Yeah this guy is a bit crazy saying that everyone on the light side is trash, I beat a grievous and dooku in a 1v2 with obi today.
- @NathanSoul1 Just because you aren’t good at a character doesn’t mean they are trash, dooku is easy to take out with Han I don’t even know why you mentioned him tbh, he need to be very close to you to actually hurt you with his abilities or lightsaber, by the time he gets to you, you can take out basically all his stamina and most of his health. ‘Rolling can be ignored’ there is actually no point debating with you if you think that, no rolling can not be ignored, rolling cancels every ability, lightsaber strike, or anything. Yes shoulder charge can be blocked, but it will also stagger you and take away a 1/4 of your health. Like I said in my previous comment, detonate charge cancels claw rush. ‘unrelenting advance shreds every blaster hero’ bro I think you can walk faster than that ability, the only people who actually die to claw rush are the people who stand still, also almost every ability in the game goes through it. The reason I said to jump after you roll is to make it so you are guaranteed to get headshots. I’m not just talking about pro vs amateur either, I’ve beaten level 200+ Vader’s and grievous’s in 1v1s with Han, he is definitely not trash and neither are the majority of the light side, you just have to learn how to play them. Yes, dark side does have an advantage because of broken abilities, op characters and glitches but that doesn’t make the light side trash, just get better with the heroes.
In my experience, light side requires more tactical practice where as the villains charge in. It makes sense and allows for more diverse gameplay.
@Bagginses2I main Luke so I won't say I'm great with Han but I have yet to meet a Han who I could not kill with a saber villain. Rolling gives you I-frames but it doesn't last forever and doesn't do damage, it just gives me time to recharge my stamina an force powers.
@NathanSoul1 "I main Luke"
So you run a lot?
- @NathanSoul1 Rolling cancels force moves, if you roll at the same time Vader chokes it doesn’t affect you, meaning rolling is very important since it acts like a block against force moves, just because you main someone doesn’t mean you have to use them all the time, try to learn how to use other heroes, then you will find playing light side is very easy and is quite fun 🙂
- @NathanSoul1 You’ll be happy to hear they changed the end of supremacy, it’s now 3 things you have to shoot after an initial button hold phase at the start
- @Wickett42 force push and backstab mostly

Hey everyone can wee keep it constructive.
Majority of the conversation in this topic is good and why I wont remove it but keep it constructive.
Thanks!
/Atic @NathanSoul1Man, if Grievous wouldn't have his new claw rush mechanic, Han and Leia would probably together with Vader and Iden on top of the most op heroes, at least when played by pros.
Bear in mind that Solo even received a 50 point dmg buff for his shoulder charge which is just absolutely ridiculous imo but that whiney youtuber with his much followers was simply more likely to be heard out.
What I'm trying to say, this game is so casual that people completely prevail when they use the game's aspects that give them huge advantages when having much skill. Which means ranged weapons, roll and aim here.
A lightsaber that hits the target only makes a difference when that hit comes from behind, abilities are always the same.
With near perfect aim even to the head you can get out much more than what the base mechanics seem to offer you at first sight.
Freak pros in HvH that main Solo or Leia are pretty much unstoppable because they will always hit you, nothing what a lightsaber can do in return.
And they seem to always roll out of your lightsaber attack or ability, no matter when you do it or what you're trying to be more unpredictable.
Also they often have the better ping which means that you eat already like 100 dmg before the game tells you and before your first lightsaber swing hits the target. Or doesn't, because he rolls out again.
They even seem to better off on the light side because the guns of Han and Leia are precise and with a good dmg output even on far range, which is then again not the case when playing as Bossk or Iden. Ok, Phasma's and Boba's main guns are alright, but with the abilities of the LS blaster heroes it's often more devastating.
The only true match here is Iden for closer ranges (and alt fire for far).
