I just thought EA and the devs had ruined the game before...
....but now that it's free on PS4, I realize how wrong I was.

I play on XBox and find the same, even though the game isn't free.

The COVID-19 pandemic is the revenge of the ghosts of pandemic studios, creators of the old battlefronts, who have returned to punish humanity for the bugs and failures within Battlefront 2. (Just kidding EA mods I’m just appealing to the humour of the masses, I really like the game.)

Created a mess and left a mess. Like the turtling Vader who can hold off 4 heroes just by blocking and dodging, letting his abilities recharge. How about ol Grievous who can run in circles, giving continuous damage?
All that being said, the most OP in the game are the developers. They have the ability to do a horrible job but yet have no accountability. I'd say that's God tier stuff!!!
- @Tergusen69 I don't encounter many bugs but I do acknowledge those that are there and the let downs EA has had during this game's lifetime. I was kidding about the joke, not saying that the game has no flaws
@HCarbonic I can’t speak to PC but on console this game has more bugs than a Bronx apartment.
The bugs combined with the server state, and the incredibly poor gameplay logic makes the game awful now.
Free players are also complaining about the potato fest you mention. This is a specific class of players, who happen to be PSN Plus subscribers.

Battlefront 2 is not an exclusive invite-only club that only the "elite" is allowed to play or talk about. Everyone is welcome new and old to play the games and more players are just better for the game.
