Bumping to say I'm having the same problem for the past several days. Every fix I've tried, toggling the firewall, refreshing Origin's cache, or reinstalling the game, none of it has worked.

Hey @KJ_McMaster what platform are you on?
Have you tried clearing the local and online saves for the game?

Hello! @EA_Atic I play on PC Windows 10. and no I haven't tried that yet, I don't know how to clear the local and online saves.
@EA_Aticif you mean a cache reset, then yes, I tried that and nothing changed. Neither did messing with the firewall or reinstalling the game.

Hey @Wulfman2010 @KJ_McMaster , was thinking more of the document folder for SWBF2 and Origin cloud for SWBF2 to be cleared out.

@EA_Atic Still no change, but now I don't have any single player progression, so that's awesome.
@EA_Aticpplease help us out my dude, I was actually having fun with the game and I haven't been able to play for weeks now. And now we're going to miss yet another 3x xp weekend.

Hey @Wulfman2010 could you try to take a look on our connective guide and see if that helps.
The error is related to something blocking on the machine or network problems towards our servers.

I tried to restart the router many time but it still got the same problem how to fix it
I play on Pc window 10
- @EA_Atic I have the same issue on my PS4. I reset the router, followed the connective guide, reinstalling the game. Nothing worked. Any help would be great! I am enjoying this game again after so many years. I would be ashamed if I can't continue my progression because of this issue.
