I think I'm done with this game

Good for you for stepping away from this! I’ve had this experience with several games, and know how it feels. When a game is done for and you can’t find any fun in it stepping away is the best option. 

Honestly I’ve mostly stepped away from bf2 for the battlefield series,but still play bf2 2-3 times a week.

I still play but a lot more casually now.Ive only really been playing a ton on double and triple xp to level up the u it’s I never got around to doing like the ships and vehicles.Heroes vs Villains is the only game mode I really play now apart from grinding in co-op

Agreed with your points. 

Troopers are such an integral part of battlefront and are fun to play, yet they get stepped on by heroes and reinforcements spam

@grrr33nflashYes, Just take a break form it. Play a game that you actually find enjoyable and do not try  at it at all,Just have fun man! Even take a break from bf2 for a week if you have to in order to reset your mind on the fact that YOU can DO IT and YOU can take on those lvl 969 death troopers and commando droids.

Jokes aside,  feel what's your problem.

Though this game is simply that casual, for better balance and halfway equal match conditions play games like Battlefield 3 or 4.

The thing with this game is just that it's so casual that just anyone could kill you, it brings skill levels closer to each other because of overkill gadgets like... the infamous rocket launcher.

Which is also the problem and backfires when people are really good at this game.

Just look at Iden Versio. That hero character just combines all cheesy and annoying aspects of a Battlefront 2015 soldier. Not much skill is needed to have a good run with this character, if you have much skill though then you're pretty much unstoppable. Same applies for reinforcements that happen to perfectly suit the play style of some pro.

I still cringe when pros from the remaining BF2015 think of themselves as very great because they're good at this game with all this bacta, EE-4 and jetpack nonsense.

There aren't many things that make you unstoppable by game design in a Battlefield game, it's rather limited to your own movement, firing and aim behaviour. and even then you aren't a one-man army.

Also vehicle play all comes down to how clever you play. In Battlefront, vehicle play is more of a no-brainer because vehicles have overkill gadgets too and because you can't access that many parts of the map.

I like playing at least some of the reinforcements and heroes. So this is not too much of an issue to me. But I see your point. I still love playing the regular troopers (all of them)and would highly appreciate if there was any troopers only game mode. I hope for it in bf3.
