No seriously what platform are you on? I've never seen a starcard not work.
There is a very old Battlefront Knight vid from around December that discussed 25 broken starcads. At least 3 got fixed. Example of a useless starcard: Dooku blind spot,Obi wan:critical deflection,Luke:deflection mastery. For a trooper Sc it is the infamous homing shot. Oh and I'm on ps4
