Idk if my game is glitched but everything reset but the level is normal. Help.

All my star cards and weapons are locked but I’m the correct level for every single card and I have all weapon milestones done. The game seems to also reset my levels if I enter a game and use a certain trooper or hero/villain. Please someone help.
