In Game Purchase

I require a refund for a non-intentional in-game purchase! It appears 40,000 coins which was accumulated over a large amount of my time has been used for an outfit, I do not want! All I want is a refund, or at the least a different outfit? Please Help, I am a Star Wars Fan & own every battlefront game, I have put in a lot of time in the game and would like to continue!

    Man I can feel your frustration when you spend the credits on something you didn't want to buy. Clicking wrong in the crate menu is pretty easy and there is no confirmation pop up for the purchase.

    I would really like to see a confirmation pop-up before paying credits for crates, you are not the only one that accidentally miss clicked.

    For now, sadly, I don't think you can get the credits back ☹️ or the skins changed.

    Im sure a multi-million dollar company can change my characters skin or gift coins! They should as well! Other games have a very helpful support team!

    I understand people have accidentally purchased the wrong item! But if this is the best EA Star Wars Battlefront can do, then not only is it disappointing, but it is quite ridiculous! Purchasing the game is one thing, being a star wars fan is another, but the time you put into a game should be appreciated! they can help, but will not for various reasons. 

    I haven't asked for much, I have asked for something quite minuscule and seeing no action taken on my report says a lot about the company!

    This has not been solved, but rather pushed to the side!

    Best advice for anyone would be to not put too much time into this game, because it could be all lost to a set up for accidental purchases!
