infinite loading screen & battlefront 2 folder in documents.

On battlefront 2 when i try to load the game i get stuck on an infinite load screen. I saw another thread/topic saying to fix it delete the 'battlefront 2' folder in documents and it should fix it. This temporarily fixes the issue and allows me to load the game, however loading the game creates the same folder in documents so next time i try to load the game I'm stuck on a loading screen again. I've tried to change the settings in the folder but nothing seems to work. I've reinstalled the game multiple times hoping it would fix itself but it hasn't. How can i fix this?
