@rangoony i know this post is old, but if anyone else if having this problem try disabling dx12
What @M44rcus said. I have a 3080 and was getting 20 fps with DX 12 turned on. Turned it off and I'm getting 180+ fps pretty consistently. Must be a horribly optimized DX12 game, just turn it off. Still looks great!
