Installation in progress ... 0%

Hi,

My game does not want to start, it sends me on the menu "Launch the complete game - Installation in progress ... 0%", only the mission of the tutorial is allowed.

I did the cash dump operations ... and it worked, I was able to play for 2 days (by throwing it several times and praying that I would get to the right menu).


Today, I'm exhausted, after trying to run 10x the game, I still arrive on the menu "Launch the full game - Installation in progress ... 0%".


Apparently the game can not access his own data ... and sometimes, as if by magic, he gets there ...

What's this crazy, I've never seen that on any game I've ever owned. Can someone please help me?

    Hi, thank you for answering me.

    I did what you said + to clear the cache (which forced me to download the last update again) and it worked. I then worked on the computer all day (internet and OpenOfficeWriter, nothing else) being careful not to close the Origin launcher that remained in the taskbar. In the evening, I launch the game, ... bim "Launch the complete game - Installation in progress ... 0%" ...
     
    Basically, the game does what it wants, it starts or not, it is good luck chance. I am at a level of prodigious exasperation. For no reason, the game no longer has access to its own data.

    Edit 7 days later : Actually to run the game, now I run it until it works ... (the Origin launcher and the shortcut to the game are in administrator mode).

    Hey @Demunhel 

    Have you tried to completely reinstall Origin? The "hard way" would be recommended and then you can download the newest version of the client from our website.

    Do you have the Origin app and the game installed on the same drive? If not, I would suggest to do it as well.
