Is this where i should be looking as i cant find it
Yes you should open a folder and then copy and paste this file path into the explorer bar.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\EAInstaller\STAR WARS Battlefront II\
Delete anything in the folder
After deletion go back and reinitiate the install and it should stop at 96% then go to 100%. Note: If you cannot see anything in the folder turn on HIDDEN FOLDERS for your view so you can see it and delete it.
