That's got to be frustrating, particularly given the amount of time you've spent troubleshooting.
Did you try everything mentioned in the 5+ other posts in this forum when searching "Invalid Cipher (0x0006)"?
Yes, I have even tried them multiple times

Something was off with licensing at least yesterday (possibly Saturday, as well). EA Desktop was showing I didn't own games, which I did. Now it appears to be back to normal.
You may want to give it another go.

I redownloaded Battlefront 2, however it's still doing it. You had mentioned that licensing was off the past couple days. Unfortunetely this problem has been going on for almost 2 months now sadly. I guess I don't even know what the problem is. Does the game think I don't have a valid license code for Battlefront?

That is what the error message implies. However, I'm not sure.
I can see why EA support might direct you to the user forum - i.e. to see if anyone else figured out what it was about. However, EA Support is ultimately responsible for resolving the issue for you, not the other players you find on this forum.
I suggest you go back to EA Support and let them know you gave AHQ a go, but it didn't work out. They need to fix it for you. If they don't, get back to me and I'll see if I can light a fire with one of my contacts at EA.
