Darko thanks once again for your help,
to update I followed your steps with uninstalling visual C++64 and e86 then rebooting then reinstalling. I check to make sure they uninstalled and then install the programs back onto my cpu from the website. Upon reinstallation, I get an error message: unspecified error 0x80240017.
Despite this I am still having the same issues with running origin. and continue to get the same error messages as mentioned in my previous post. I cant download any origin program now from my game library as it gives me a improper directory notification.
I have completely formatted my cpu as a result of all of these issues relating to Origin and the problems are persisting if not getting worse. What in god's name is going on with EA games I am going to soon be asking for a refund as neither this thread or tech support is offering a practical solution and I'm not getting the services I paid for. As stated before I have never had an issue playing any modern graphic intensive games (GTA V, Battlefront I) however am completely unable to play any origin product on my gaming cpu.- EA_Darko8 years ago

The error messages you are getting refer to an issue with Windows updating. This pops up now and again, one of those odd Windows issues. You can try the steps suggested here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/windows-update-error-0x80240017/3d475e8c-4cdc-491a-aba4-eb4b072b0d8e?auth=1
Keep me updated as to what happens. I tried both of the steps listed in the link you gave me and still get the same 0x80240017 message when i try to reinstall or repair the C++ files. Nothing to do with origin is working and EA tech support has limited my contact options to just email. How can I go about escalating this matter with EA? Any other suggestions Darko?
After I downloaded the game at the first time, the launcher show me as you can see in the pic I added. How I can solve the problem?

Just to report that I have the same problem. Is there a solution for this error? Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ didn't help.
I know it may seem like a pain in the *, and I've the same problem and yet to try this. But maybe just redownload the game. It's worked for other games for me on Steam, maybe it was just unlucky or something and a file got corrupt along the way. Anyways I hope this works for you and best of scrapping those Clanker!
