Invalid status account. Cannot concede license

Just installed Star Wars Battlefront 2 from the Epic Store. But as soon as I start the game, the EA launcher asks me to enter the email and password of the account. But when I do, it replies with something along these lines: "Impossible to concede license. Invalid account status". Has anyone already dealt with this?
